Add Speedy Speed, Fixed Rate

For Telkom, broadband Internet service is believed to be one of the most promising line of business in Indonesia in 2010. Speedy is expected to be pulled up to two million subscribers by the end of 2010 from a range of 1.3 million subscribers today.
According to Eddy Kurnia, from 1.3 million subscribers in April 2010 Speedy approximately 450 000. Among them are domiciled in the Greater Jakarta area.
